Flu Shot – Sunday, October 17 8:00-10:00 am in the conference room. Please sign up this Sunday in the Narthex or call the office 410-833-5440 to schedule your appointment. Everyone needs to bring a copy of their insurance cards, and they only take the following: Medicare (red/white/blue), United Healthcare, Cigna, Tricare, Medicaid, and Aetna.
If you have an egg sensitivity, please indicate on the signup sheet.
Prices without insurance: QIV Vaccine (18-64) = $40; HD Vaccine (65 and older) =$60. They will have forms for insurance reimbursement.
